Yasuhiko Fujiwara

Since its establishment in 1927, Fujiwara Kogatana has been making kiridashi wood knives, working knives, kitchen knives and others; integrating all knife-making processes from the forging of the knife to the production of the blade's edge in-house. Presently, Yasuhiko Fujiwara is the third-generation head, a young craftsman who has been a certified as a traditional craftsman by the state. His hand-crafted, high-quality knives are beloved by professionals all over.
