Ginryu is top of Sakai takayuki stainless steel model, that is made entirely with SW steel and each knife is finished by master sharpener in the traditional Japanese style.
This model was forged by traditional craftsman and blacksmith Shogo Yamatsuka, and the attaching of the blade and its mirror-finish were done by traditional craftsman and blade attacher Hirotsugu Tosa, and it is a beautiful knife with a supreme sharpness that lasts.
