The knife is forged by Mr. Daisuke Nishida and is one of the highest grade, superb examples of Japanese knives, using Yasuki white 1 steel.
Daisuke NIshida mainly focus to make by hand-forged in the traditional way, so he hasn't make knives made of containing blade material , as it has been done for hundreds of years in Japan.Also his factory who make blade edging,making handle and custom knife making are integrated manufacture.
